Many people start out with 1 tsp per day and may increase to 2 or 3 depending on their individual issues, their metabolism, absorption, etc. 

Sprinkle a tsp on any prepared meal as a “topper”. Salad, Pizza, Sandwich, Smoothie, Lemonaide, Eggs, etc, etc.

Also  works well when added to Juice or Water, 1 tsp per 10-12 oz, shake well before each sip, hold in your mouth for a few seconds to allow exposure to absorption enhancing mouth area.  Promotes oral health as well.

Keep in airtight container it comes in, room temperature out of direct light.  Many folk’s carry the small 1 oz container on their person to add to intake during the day.
